Shipping Details:

We partner with leading UTV manufacturers to ensure the fastest delivery from the closest regional distribution center to your location.

  • Orders over $199.99 will ship from free*
  • *Oversized items may not qualify for free shipping*

Order Tracking:

  • Once we ship your order, we'll update it with the tracking number from the carrier.
  • You can track your delivery using the link we provide or by accessing your order in the customer orders section after logging in. 

Shipping Cost:

  • Shipping costs vary and depend on the weight of your items and the location its shipping to.
  • Shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
  • We work with several carriers to ensure your delivery is timely and safe in transit.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing (Handling Time): > All orders for in-stock UTV parts are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Order Cutoff Time: > Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Estimated Transit Times: > We ship via [UPS/FedEx/USPS]. Once processed, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days for delivery within the continental United States.

Total Delivery Estimate: > Most customers receive their parts within 4–7 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Rates: > Free shipping on orders over $199". The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you enter your payment information.

Back Orders:

  • If an item is on back order, we'll send the available items first, as well as an ETA for the back ordered items,
  • We'll ship the back-ordered item as soon as it's in stock, at no extra cost.
  • We'll keep you updated on the expected delivery date for back-ordered items.

Cancellations:

  • Contact us ASAP to cancel your order. If it hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it. If it has shipped, we can help you return it after delivery. Additional freight charges may be incurred. 

Warranty:

  • Warranty claims are handled by the product manufacturer. Contact them directly for assistance.
