30-Day Adventure-Approved Return Policy
At SXS Pros, we want every purchase to fuel your next big adventure! If something isn’t quite right, no worries—you have 30 days to return or exchange your item. Let’s make it easy!
Ready to Start a Return? Here’s the Game Plan:
To maintain the safety of our team and ensure your return is processed at the correct regional warehouse, please email contact@sxspros.com to receive a Return Authorization and the specific shipping address for your return. Do not ship returns to our administrative office.
What’s Eligible for Returns?
✅ Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
✅ Refunds are issued once the item is received & inspected.
✅ Exchanges go out fast once we’ve got your return.
⚠️ Non-returnable items include:
- Polycarbonate Roofs and Windshields: They are shipped with a protective film on both sides - if the film is removed from either or both sides, the item is not eligible for return.
- If you are unable to ship in original packaging, have made modifications to the item, and/or are missing components, there will be a minimum 30% restocking fee for approved returns.
- Any Electrical Items
- Sale/Clearance Items
- Gift Cards
Refunds & Exchanges
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any restocking fees will be communicated to you.
💳 Refunds will be sent to your original payment method or as store credit (Your Choice).
🚀 Exchanges will ship out ASAP once your return is approved!
✈️ Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item was damaged in shipping or fault is of SXS Pros).
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Shipping damages/Errors MUST be claimed within 3 days of arrival.

Warranty Coverage:
- Warranties apply to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
- Coverage length varies by product—check the specific item’s warranty details before submitting a claim.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
- For all warranty claims, please reach out to the manufacture of the item. They will approve or decline the warranty claim and facilitate the return with you from that point.
- If you cant get ahold of the manufacture follow the steps below.

- We’ll assess the claim and determine if it qualifies for repair, replacement, or refund.
- We’ll take care of the rest—if approved, we’ll send you return instructions or a replacement.
