Our Polaris Pro R Tie Rod Sleeve is an inexpensive investment to make sure you do not break your tie rod.  Our tie rod sleeve slides over the stock tie rod and replaces the stock jam nut. Our Tie Rod Sleeve simply replaces the stock tie rod jam nut.   With this sleeve the tie rod will now have additional strength and not be able to bend near as easy.

To install the sleeve you will need to remove the tie rod from the outer hub and remove the jam nut from the tie rod.  You will replace the jam nut with this sleeve, then reinstall the tie rod from the outer hub and make sure everything is torqued to factory specs.
