Our Grill for the Polaris Xpedition will make your machine stand out from the rest. This grill installs in the same location as the factory grill and comes standard with our three-layer hexagon pattern.

Each grill arrives fully assembled and ready to install. We use three individual pieces—each CNC laser-cut from .063" thick aluminum and powder-coated in factory Polaris colors. Every layer is bent to match the factory body lines, with the outside and rear rings color-matched to accent the black center layer. This combination gives the front end of your machine the bold, finished look it deserves.

Install: Installation instructions are included with your grill. You will need to cut the existing mesh off your factory grill and reuse the original locking tabs that secure it in place. Installation takes approximately 30 minutes.
